How do I book a date? Submit an inquiry through our website. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll schedule a call, create a proposal, and send a contract to secure your date. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking popular dates at least 2–3 months in advance. Smaller events may have more flexibility. Can I tour the venue before booking? Yes! Tours are available by appointment so you can see the space and discuss your event vision. What is your cancellation policy? Policies vary depending on the event and timing. Details will be outlined in your contract.

Capacity depends on your event setup. Whether it’s a seated dinner, cocktail reception, or workshop, we’ll help configure the space for comfort and flow.
Do you provide catering? Yes! Catering is provided by The Catering Outfit. Once a contract is signed we will assign you to an Event Coordinator who will help curate all of your catering needs. Can alcohol be served at my event? Yes! Alcohol is allowed through licensed vendors in accordance with Virginia ABC regulations. We can accommodate hosted bars, cash bars, or drink tickets. Can we bring our own vendors? Absolutely! While we have preferred partners, outside vendors are welcome when approved to ensure a smooth event experience.
What is included in a venue rental? Most rentals include: • Use of the event space • Access for vendors • Full catering kitchen with equipment • 7 – 5ft round folding tables • 50 – white bentwood chairs • 3 – 8ft rectangular folding tables • 2 – 3ft high/low cocktail tables • Outdoor patio furniture Additional rentals or services can be coordinated if needed. Can the space be customized? Yes! Our venue is flexible for dinners, workshops, cocktail events, or corporate meetings. Layouts are tailored to your guest count and event style. Are decorations allowed? Decorations are welcome as long as they don’t damage the space. Certain items (e.g., open flames or confetti) may require approval.
